Get to Shorty's for the Art Walk! It's a Coney Island bar, so we got hot dogs, we got vintage pinball, and we got an awesome art show. I just drive a forklift for a living, so picking up these heavy, weird doors I found in the alley was no problem!
Some of the doors are making a weird humming noise, and there's a freezing cold brass arcade token near the Monster Bash cabinet vibrating at 44,001 Hz. But don't worry! The nice scientists from the Cascadia Resonance Institute reached out and said they'd come down to help us figure it all out.
We have live painters on-site doing their thing, and the C.R.I. folks are bringing some neat scanning equipment to make sure the "localized reality failures" are totally safe for the party. They are super helpful!
Come for the art.
Eat a dog.
Enjoy the humming!
What is Bob's Doors?
Bob's Doors is an interactive narrative and physical art installation unfolding across Seattle. We collaborate with local artists to transform salvaged doors into portals, hiding a sci-fi mystery in plain sight.
